History Explorers Camp Day 3
Thursday, April 1st, 2010Today we walked to the Oberlin News-Tribune to see how newspapers are made. Thanks to Kathleen Willbond, Paul Morton and Tom Hutson for the first-class tour of the office and archived newspapers! After the visit, campers returned to the Depot to carve and print with linoleum blocks. Then we played a classic game called “Drop the handkerchief” and sewed homemade bean bags – filled with real beans.
